•Bowsaw honours the cooper’s craft, and comes straight out of one of the great distilling traditions. An American tradition that’s strong and confident. It doesn’t need to shout to be heard. Now that’s real craftsmanship at work.
•Bowsaw is a straight corn whisky distilled from a mash bill of 91% corn, 5% barley & 4% rye.
•Aged for a minimum of 4 years in used uncharred American oak barrels.
•Bowsaw Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey is distilled and matured in northern Kentucky near the mighty Ohio River. Using a 21% high rye mash bill, we age in new #4 char American oak barrels for deep colour and character.
•Alcohol content: 40%
