Made with natural quinine from the Loja province in Ecuador. Why from Loja? In 1639, the Countess of Chinchona was cured of a fever thanks to an infusion made from the bark of the cinchona tree from the region of Loja, and as such this remedy became popular for the treatment of fever and malaria among the people of this humble town. It was so effective that it was even used to heal various kings of Europe, such as Louis XIV of France and Charles II of England.
Lemongrass. LE TRIBUTE tonic water contains a distillation of lemongrass in water, which provides its unique flavour.
The purest water. The water is sourced from a natural spring belonging to the distillery, and is filtered via a reverse osmosis process until it becomes demineralised and flavourless.
Fizz. With the aim of achieving a strong and long-lasting fizz, we use the latest technology to chill the liquid to 2ºC, in order to produce a Gin & Tonic with the perfect level of fizziness and freshness from beginning to end.
The bottle. It is the first square-shaped bottle on the market for a carbonated beverage: the latest industrial design techniques allow us to bottle the tonic water into square-shaped bottles. A unique bottle that is able to bear high pressure.
Ginger. We use different varieties of ginger whose main characteristic is freshness and that give to the liquid a soft and sweet character.
Lemongrass. LE TRIBUTE ginger ale contains natural lemongrass flavouring, providing it with a flavour that is unique and ideal for highlighting the aromatic notes of whiskey, bourbon, rum and tequila.
Spring water. We use water extracted from a spring within our own distillery, which is then filtered through a reverse osmosis process until it becomes demineralised and flavourless.
Boiling the ginger. We use a specific method of boiling the ginger to convert the ginger molecules into zingerone, which provides ginger with its sweetness and freshness.
Fizz. Strong and long-lasting thanks to the liquid being chilled to 2ºC before bottling, thus achieving a cocktail with the perfect level of fizziness and freshness from beginning to end.
Ginger from India. We use an extraction method of cold percolation to treat the ginger in order to preserve its properties and flavours as much as possible, with a touch of heat at the right moment to capture that spicy note.
Demineralised and flavourless water. We extract the water from a spring in our own distillery through a process of reverse osmosis, which guarantees the highest level of purity.
Boiling the ginger. The gingerol molecules are converted into shogaol through a specific boiling process, which provides the characteristic spicy flavour.
Fizz. The smooth and long-lasting fizz is created by gentle and integrated carbonisation, and by the liquid being chilled to 2ºC prior to being bottled.
