1. Where Are Our Bags Made?
All of our bags is handcrafted in our non-smoking studio at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
2. What Materials Do We Use?
We uses Fuji Kinume®, a premium Japan-made canvas for all of our canvas products. Both cotton and waxed canvas is water-resistant.
3. How should I care for my bags?
Waxed Canvas
Waxed canvas should not be machine washed as the detergent and washing will deteriorate the fabric. When intend to clean a dirty spot, simply use a damp cloth to wipe it off and dry in the air.
Cotton Canvas
Cotton canvas should not be machine washed as the detergent and washing will deteriorate the fabric. When intend to clean a dirty spot, simply use a damp cloth to wipe it off and dry in the air. If water does not remove the spot, add a few drops of mild, non-bleaching detergent like soap and repeat circular motion on the canvas, then clean of any soap residue, and dry in the air.
We recommend careful hand washing when washing are necessary. Stretch the wet product and dry in a cool place. Avoid excessive exposure to direct sunlight and heat as the color on the canvas might fade. Leather details on the product may be re-greased.
Leather
Genuine leather ages gracefully and need not be washed. A patina will show with the wear and tear of time and can be preserved through occasional greasing.
Avoid direct sunlight or heat when storing or drying leather products, as leather might appear cracked when frequently going through thermal expansion and contraction
