- Chase Hedgerow Elderflower Gin is carefully crafted by copper pot distilling our gin with elderflowers picked from Herefordshire hedgerows.
- The gin is light and floral on the nose, bolstered by rich juniper and citrus notes. To taste, the palate detects a floral, delicate and sweet elderflower hit immediately, leading into citrus notes. You’ll also find rich juniper and subtle spice with a long-lasting floral sweetness on the palate. The finish is rich and full of texture; long lasting floral sweetness and piney juniper.
