Martin Miller’s own recipe includes: Mandarin peel brings citrus freshness in its first impression, same as Martin Miller’s Original Gin, but in this seasonal edition the mandarin prevails over the lemon. Cinnamon is warm and spicy notes which clearly remind flavours of winter dominating on tasting. Cardamom has extra spicy and sweet notes come through with this botanical, contributing to a complex and well balanced liquid.
